My Experience with the Greenworks 21602

• The air vents on the motor can get clogged with grass and that can effect performance, so keep an eye on it while trimming and clear any debris that gets stuck in there
• The instruction manual was poorly written and contained repetitive information, but this is only a minor issue.  Operating this tool is very straightforward, even for novices.
